About the Exam:
The SBI Clerk exam is a national-level recruitment test conducted by the State Bank of India (SBI) to select candidates for clerical positions in its branches across the country. The exam is held in two stages: Preliminary and Mains. The Preliminary exam tests candidates on English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability, while the Mains exam includes General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude. Successful candidates are appointed as Junior Associates, handling customer service and routine banking operations. The exam requires strong preparation, as competition is intense due to the prestigious nature of the job.
