Intro– Start by mentioning data about participation of women in politics. It can be no. of female MP’s in Parliament etc. Compare it with no. of male MP’s. And link it with the constraints.

Body– In the first part, mention what are the constraints, cover various aspects from health & maternity, education, society, patriarchal setup, etc. In the second part, mention how the 128th Amendment Bill will try and solve the above constraints and will improve women’s participation. In the last part, mention what are the shortcomings of the impact of this Bill.
