The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is a comprehensive nationwide campaign designed to foster awareness through extensive outreach activities, aiming for the widespread implementation of Government of India schemes across the country, encompassing all Gram Panchayats, Nagar Panchayats, and Urban Local Bodies. The primary objectives of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra are fourfold:

• Reaching out to the Vulnerable:

• • Identifying individuals eligible for various government schemes who have not yet availed of the benefits.

• Dissemination of Information and Generating Awareness:

• • Spreading information about the schemes and creating awareness among the public about their eligibility and benefits.

• Interaction with Beneficiaries:

• • Engaging with beneficiaries through personal stories and experiences, providing a platform for them to share their insights.

• Enrollment of Potential Beneficiaries:

The initiative operates with the active participation of both Union ministries and state governments. The yatra was initially launched in other states but was delayed in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, and Mizoram due to the Model Code of Conduct in place before the recent Assembly elections.
