UPSC CMS 2025 Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the UPSC CMS 2025 exam, as defined by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), are as follows:

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed or be appearing in the final year of the MBBS examination.
  • Nationality: Candidates must be Indian nationals. Additionally, candidates from Bhutan, Nepal, Indian-origin migrants who have permanently settled in India from certain specified East African Countries (Uganda, Kenya, etc.), Tibetan refugees who settled in India permanently before January 1, 1962, with a certificate issued by the Government of India, are also eligible.
  • Age Limit: Candidates must not be more than 32 years old as of August 1, 2025. There is upper age relaxation for certain categories, as listed below:
