International Migrants (IMs) made up 4.7% of the global labour force in 2022, totaling 167.7 million, which is 30 million more than in 2013.

- Services Sector: 4% of workforce IMs.
- Women IMs were particularly prominent at 7%, compared to 60.8% of male IMs.
- Host Countries Absorbing the Most International Migrant Workers:
- High-Income Countries: Hosted 4% of IMs (114 million), particularly in services sectors like care provision.
- Upper-Middle-Income Countries: Absorbed 4% of IMs (29.2 million).
- Services Sector: 4% of workforce IMs.
