The prelims exam functions as a screening test to identify candidates eligible for the main examination. Notably, the marks obtained in the prelims will not impact the final selection process. Successful candidates from the mains examination, meeting the cut-off scores established by the Board for each category, will receive invitations for the interview round. The final merit list will be formulated based on the candidates’ performance in the mains exam and the interview.
