BPSC Exam Pattern

The BPSC Exam Pattern is a three-stage exam:

Prelims: One objective-type paper for 150 marks
Mains: Four descriptive papers (one qualifying and three merit ranking) for 1000 marks

The BPSC 69th CCE Prelims exam will be a multiple-choice question-based examination. Each correct answer is awarded 1 mark, and 1/3rd mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. The 69th BPSC Mains Exam will include five total papers: GS I, GS II, Essay, General Hindi, and Optional Paper. To pass the BPSC exam, generally 60-70% marks are required, but sometimes this percentage can be less depending on the difficulty level of the questions. The BPSC 70th Recruitment process in 2025 will follow a structured three-step procedure, including the Preliminary Examination (Qualifying), Mains Examination, and Personal Interview.
