A government-sponsored event called Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav honours and remembers 75 years of advancement in India as well as the illustrious past of its people, culture, and achievements. Launching projects under India@75 as a curtain raiser: Activities with the theme “India@75” were launched at the curtain-raiser. Specifically, Aatmanirbhar Charkha, Aatmanirbhar Incubator, a movie, a song, and a website. PM Narendra Modi launched the Amrit Mahotsav website. Additionally, ‘Atmanirbhar Incubator’ was launched with the intention of assisting nearly 40,000 households engaged in traditional art.

Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav Inauguration with Padyatra

The “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” was introduced by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 12th, 2021. A new world is emerging as the one we previously know changes. The endurance of our beliefs will depend on how strongly we hold them. Popular, participatory activities that help highlight India’s distinctive contribution to the globe are among the events and programmes that fall under this category.

These include activities and projects like the Kashi Utsav, which honours Hindi literary giants from the Kashi region, and Post Cards to the Prime Minister, in which more than 75 lakh kids express their visions for India in 2047 and their thoughts of underappreciated liberation fighters in India.
