The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has announced the schedule for the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2025. The application process will commence on March 28, 2025, and conclude on April 29, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The deadline for fee payment is May 1, 2025, by 5:00 PM.

APSC Exam Selection Process 2025

The APSC selection process involves multiple stages, including Prelims, Mains, and Interview rounds. Candidates must successfully clear each stage to proceed to the next level of evaluation.

  • Preliminary Examination: The Prelims exam consists of two papers – General Studies Paper – 1 and General Studies Paper – 2, each carrying a total of 400 marks. Candidates are allotted 4 hours to complete both papers.
  • Main Examination: Qualified candidates from the Prelims stage will advance to the Mains exam, comprising six papers and totalling 1500 marks.
  • Interview Round: Candidates who clear the Mains exam will be called for the interview round, which carries 275 marks.

APSC CCE 2025: Eligibility Criteria

To appear for the APSC CCE 2025, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
