AIBE XIX Eligibility Criteria 2024
Candidates must have graduated with an LLB degree from a recognized university in India, achieving at least 45 percent marks for general candidates and 40 percent for SC/ST/PWD candidates. They must have completed their law degree at least three years before the exam date. Also, candidates must be registered with their State Bar Councils as an Advocate (Provisionally), as enrollment with the State Bar Council is required for AIBE eligibility in 2024. The candidates who pass the AIBE 2024 will receive a Certificate of Practice (COP). Certificate of practice are issued within 60 days after the AIBE results are announced.
